Abstract
Disclosed is a combination of two or more lipase enzymes, and its use for treating a lipid digestion deficiency and/or a digestive disorder. At least one lipase enzyme has a pH optimum at an acidic pH value, while at least one other lipase enzyme has a pH optimum at an alkalic pH value.

A method of treating a lipid digestion deficiency in a subject, the method comprising administering a combination of two or more lipase enzymes to the subject, wherein at least one of the two or more lipase enzymes has a pH optimum at a pH value in the range of ≥1 and ≤6 and wherein the second lipase enzyme has a pH optimum at a pH value in the range of ≥8 and ≤11.
