Abstract
This disclosure relates to the field of molecules having pesticidal utility against pests in phyla Nematoda, Arthropoda, and/or Mollusca, processes to produce such molecules and intermediates used in such processes, compositions containing such molecules, and processes of using such molecules against such pests. These molecules may be used, for example, as nematicides, acaricides, insecticides, miticides, and/or molluscicides. This document discloses molecules having the structure of Formula A.
Claims17
A compound having the structure of Formula One:
- wherein:
- (a) Ar1 is a phenyl or substituted phenyl having one or more substituents independently selected from C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, and C1-C6 haloalkoxy;
- (b) Het is a triazolyl, imidazolyl, pyrrolyl, or pyrazolyl;
- (c) Ar2 is a phenyl or a substituted phenyl having one or more substituents independently selected from C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, and C1-C6 haloalkoxy;
- (d) R3 and R4 are each independently selected from H, F, Cl, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, phenyl, or phenoxy;
- R1 and R2 together form a 5- to 7-membered ring containing one or more C═O, C═S, N, S or O, and such ring is optionally substituted with OH, F, Cl, Br, I, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 hydroxyalkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, phenyl, or phenoxy,
- wherein said phenyl or phenoxy is optionally substituted with one or more OH, F, Cl, Br, I, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 hydroxyalkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, or phenyl;
- and
- (e) Ar3 is a phenyl optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from OH, F, Cl, Br, I, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 hydroxyalkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, phenyl, or phenoxy.
A process of using the compound of formula I comprising applying the compound to a genetically modified plant, or genetically-modified seed, which has been genetically modified to express one or more specialized traits.
A process of using the compound of formula I comprising:
- orally administering;
- or topically applying;
- the compound, to a non-human animal, to control endoparasites, ectoparasites, or both.
