Cyano-substituted indoles as LSD1 inhibitors

A compound of Formula (I):

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof,
• wherein:
• R1 is selected from the group consisting of:
• (i) C1-C6 alkyl, substituted with one or two Ra;
• (ii) C2-C6 alkenyl, substituted with one or two Ra;
• (iii) —(CH2)n—C3-C6cycloalkyl, substituted with one or two Rd;
• (iv) —(CH2)n-phenyl, optionally substituted with one, two, or three Rb;
• (v) —(CH2)n-6-membered heteroaryl, optionally substituted with one, two, or three Rb, wherein the 6-membered heteroaryl comprises one, two, three, four, or five carbon atoms and one or two heteroatoms selected from N and NRa;
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, and C1-C4 alkyl;
• R3 is selected from the group consisting of:
• R4 is selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, and C1-C4 alkyl;
• R5 is selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, and C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• R6 is selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, and C1-C4 alkyl;
• R7 is selected from the group consisting of NH2, NH(C1-C4 alkyl), and NHCO(C1-C4 alkyl);
• R8 is selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, and C1-C4 haloalkyl;
• Y, at each occurrence, is independently selected from the group consisting of CH and N;
• W is selected from the group consisting of —O— and —NH—;
• Ra, at each occurrence, is independently selected from the group consisting of OH, C1-C4 alkoxy, CO2(C1-C4 alkyl), CONReRf, and NHRe;
• Rb, at each occurrence, is independently selected from the group consisting of:
• (i) halogen;
• (ii) C1-C4 haloalkoxy;
• (iii) OH;
• (iv) CN;
• (v) CO2(C1-C4 alkyl);
• (vi) CONReRf;
• (vii) NHRe;
• (viii) C1-C4 alkyl, optionally substituted with one Rc;
• and
• (ix) C1-C4 alkoxy, optionally substituted with one Rc;
• Rc is selected from the group consisting of OH, C1-C4 alkoxy, CO2(C1-C4 alkyl), CONReRf, and NHRe;
• Rd, at each occurrence, is independently selected from the group consisting of ═O, OH, and NH(C1-C4 alkyl);
• Re, at each occurrence, is independently selected from the group consisting of H, C1-C4 alkyl, and CO(C1-C4 alkyl);
• Rf, at each occurrence, is independently selected from the group consisting of H and C1-C4 alkyl;
• m is selected from the group consisting of 1 and 2;
• n, at each occurrence, is independently selected from the group consisting of 0 and 1;
• and
• q is selected from the group consisting of 1, 2 and 3.
