A compound having the structure defined by Formula (IIA):

• R8 is a saturated or unsaturated, substituted or unsubstituted, straight chain or branched alkyl group having between 1 and 20 carbon atoms;
• R9 is a bond, —O—, —(CH2)m—;
• R10 is a bond;
• a straight chain or branched alkyl group having up to 10 carbon atoms;
• a straight chain or branched alkylaryl group having up to 20 carbon atoms;
• —(CRaRb—CRaRbO)o—, —(CRaRb—CRaRb—O)o—C(O)— wherein Ra and Rb are independently H or a C1-C4 alkyl group;
• or a siloxane group;
• R11 is H or a straight chain or branched alkyl group having up to 18 carbons;
• each of R30 and R31 are independently selected from the group consisting of I and H;
• each R33 is independently H, —CN, 4-hydroxybenzene, 3-iodo-4-hydroxybenzene, or 3,5-diiodo-4-hydroxybenzene;
• m is 0 or an integer ranging from 1 to 8;
• and
• each o is an integer ranging from 1 to 500.
