Abstract
The present invention provides a tire improved in the run flat durability, having at least one member selected from the group consisting of a side reinforcing rubber layer and a bead filler using a rubber composition having a tensile stress at 50% elongation at 180° C. (M50) of 6.2 MPa or more as a vulcanized rubber physical property.
Claims12
A tire having at least one member selected from the group consisting of a side reinforcing rubber layer and a bead filler using a rubber composition having a tensile stress at 50% elongation at 180° C. (M50) of 6.2 MPa or more when measured in accordance with JIS K 6251:2010 as a vulcanized rubber physical property,
- wherein the rubber composition is prepared by mixing a rubber component comprising 35% by mass or more of a modified conjugated diene based polymer, a reinforcing filler, a thermosetting resin, a thiuram based vulcanization accelerating agent, a vulcanization accelerating agent other than the thiuram based vulcanization accelerating agent, and a sulfur-containing vulcanizing agent, wherein the rubber composition is prepared by mixing 40 to 100 parts by mass of the reinforcing filler, 1.1 to 2.5 parts by mass of the thiuram based vulcanization accelerating agent, 2 to 6 parts by mass of the vulcanization accelerating agent other than the thiuram based vulcanization accelerating agent, and 2 to 10 parts by mass, in terms of a sulfur content, of the sulfur-containing vulcanizing agent based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, wherein the thermosetting resin is mixed such that a mass ratio [amount of thermosetting resin mixed/amount of reinforcing filler mixed] of 0.001 to 0.043 is obtained.
