Claims12
A method of increasing insulin sensitivity in a mammal having type II diabetes comprising administering to the mammal a therapeutically effective amount of a liver-selective glucokinase activator in combination with a therapeutically effective amount of a GLP-1 analog or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein insulin sensitivity in the mammal is increased.
A method of improving glycemic control in a mammal having impaired glucose metabolism by increasing a mammal's insulin sensitivity comprising administering to the mammal a therapeutically effective amount of a liver-selective glucokinase activator in combination with a therapeutically effective amount of GLP-1 analog or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
