An isolated polypeptide having monooxygenase activity comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 90% sequence identity to a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:
- 73, wherein the amino acid sequence MALLLAVFWSALIILV corresponding to amino acid positions 1 to 16 of SEQ ID NO:
- 73 is not modified and wherein at least one amino acid at positions 17 to 499 of SEQ ID NO:
- 73 is modified.
