Techniques for messaging bot controls based on machine-learning user intent detection

An apparatus, comprising:

• a processor circuit on a device;
• a message queue monitoring component operative on the processor circuit to:
• monitor a messaging interaction, the messaging interaction exchanged via a messaging system, the messaging interaction involving at least one client device;
• an interaction processing component operative to:
• submit one or more messages from the messaging interaction to a natural language machine learning processor;
• receive, from the natural language machine learning processor, one or more user intents based on the one or more messages;
• and
• a bot management component operative to:
• determine a messaging bot options configuration for the client device, the messaging bot options configuration comprising a plurality of messaging bot invocation controls for display in a messaging application on the client device, wherein each of the messaging bot invocation controls is associated with a different messaging bot related one or more of the user intents;
• send the messaging bot options configuration to the client device;
• receive a user selection of one of the messaging bot invocation controls;
• and
• send a message bot interface to the client device for the messaging bot indicated by the selected messaging bot invocation control.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed, cause a system to:

• monitor a messaging interaction, the messaging interaction exchanged via a messaging system, the messaging interaction involving at least one client device;
• submit one or more messages from the messaging interaction to a natural language machine learning processor;
• receive, from the natural language machine learning processor, one or more user intents based on the one or more messages;
• determine a messaging bot options configuration for the client device, the messaging bot options configuration comprising a plurality of messaging bot invocation controls for display in a messaging application on the client device, wherein each of the messaging bot invocation controls is associated with a different messaging bot related one or more of the user intents
• send the messaging bot options configuration to the client device;
• receive a user selection of one of the messaging bot invocation controls;
• and
• send a message bot interface to the client device for the messaging bot indicated by the selected messaging bot invocation control.
