Abstract
The present invention relates to a novel cancer metastasis preventing and curing selenopheno[h]chromene derivatives, as well as methods of their manufacturing and use in different pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment and/or prevention of primary cancer and its metastasis by administration of such substances.

A compound of Formula I:
- R1 is OH or an OC1-C16 hydrocarbon group, wherein the OC1-C16 hydrocarbon group is linear, branched or cyclic and is optionally substituted;
- R2 represents a halogen;
- or
- R3 is hydroxy-C1-4alkyl, 1-hydroxy-cyclo-C3-6alkyl, cyclo-C5-7alkenyl, hydroxy-C1-6cycloalkyl, or C1-4alkyl-N-heterocyclyl;
- or an optical isomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.

A method for the synthesis of a compound of Formula I:
- wherein
- R1 represents OH or a OC1-C16 hydrocarbon group, wherein the OC1-C16 hydrocarbon group is linear, branched or cyclic and is optionally substituted;
- R2 represents a halogen;
