Light emitting device including light reflection pattern and wavelength converting layer

A light-emitting device comprising:

• a light-emitting chip comprising a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface;
• a first light reflection pattern formed on the second surface;
• a plurality of terminals connected to the light-emitting chip by passing through the first light reflection pattern;
• a second light reflection pattern disposed on an outer side surface of the first light reflection pattern;
• and
• a wavelength conversion layer formed on the first surface of the light-emitting chip,
• wherein bottom surfaces of the first light reflection pattern and the plurality of terminals are substantially coplanar,
• wherein an outer side surface of the light-emitting chip and the outer side surface of the first light reflection pattern are substantially coplanar, and
• wherein the second light reflection pattern comprises at least a portion that is in contact with and extends on the outer side surface of the first light reflection pattern.
