Abstract
A display device may include an organic layer, a first metal layer on the organic layer, the first metal layer including a first metal, and a first oxidation resistant layer between the organic layer and the first metal layer, the first oxidation resistant layer including a nitride of the first metal.

A display device, comprising:
- an organic insulation layer;
- a first metal layer on the organic insulation layer, the first metal layer comprising a first metal;
- and
- a first oxidation resistant layer between the organic insulation layer and the first metal layer, the first oxidation resistant layer comprising a nitride of the first metal, and being directly on a portion of the organic insulation layer.

- a substrate comprising an organic material;
- and
- a wiring directly on a portion of the substrate, the wiring comprising:
- a first oxidation resistant layer comprising titanium nitride;
- a first metal layer on the first oxidation resistant layer, the first metal layer comprising titanium;

- a second metal layer on the first metal layer, the second metal layer comprising aluminum.

A method of manufacturing a display device, the method comprising:
- forming a first oxidation resistant layer on a substrate comprising an organic material, the first oxidation resistant layer comprising titanium nitride;
- forming a first metal layer on the first oxidation resistant layer, the first metal layer comprising titanium;
- forming a second metal layer on the first metal layer, the second metal layer comprising aluminum;
- and
- simultaneously etching the first oxidation resistant layer, the first metal layer, and the second metal layer to form a wiring.
