Abstract
A method of provisioning payment credentials to a mobile device includes receiving a payment credentials provisioning request. The method further includes facilitating decision-making with respect to the request based at least in part on data obtained and/or confirmed directly or indirectly from a mobile network operator (MNO) associated with the mobile device.

A method of provisioning payment credentials to a mobile device, the method comprising:
- receiving a payment credentials provisioning request;
- and
- facilitating decision-making with respect to the request based at least in part on data obtained and/or confirmed directly or indirectly from a mobile network operator (MNO) associated with the mobile device;
- wherein said data includes at least one of (a) a device score;
- and (b) an account score, said score or scores generated based on information generated and/or stored by the MNO.
