Abstract
Processing an image includes acquiring, by the image processing apparatus, a target image, extracting a shape of a target object included in the target image, determining a category including the target object based on the extracted shape, and storing the target image by mapping the target image with additional information including at least one keyword related to the category.
Claims21
A method of processing an image by using an image processing apparatus, the method comprising:
- acquiring, by the image processing apparatus, a target image;
- determining additional information related to the target image;
- and
- storing the target image with the additional information by mapping the target image with the additional information, wherein the determining of the additional information comprises:
- determining a category of a target object included in the target image,
- acquiring spatial information including information on a place where at least one object included in the category is located, and
- determining the additional information including the spatial information.
An image apparatus comprising:
- a storage;
- and
- a controller configured to:
- acquire a target image,
- determine additional information related to the target image,
- control the storage to store the target image with the additional information by mapping the target image with the additional information,
- determine a category of a target object included in the target image,
- acquire spatial information including information on a place where at least one object included in the category is located, and
- determining the additional information including the spatial information.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a program, which when executed by a computer, performs a method comprising:
- acquiring a target image;
- determining additional information related to the target image;
- and
- storing the target image with the additional information by mapping the target image with the additional information,
- wherein the determining of the additional information comprises:
- determining a category of a target object included in the target image,
- acquiring spatial information including information on a place where at least one object included in the category is located, and
- determining the additional information including the spatial information.
