Self-learning system for reflective environments

A system comprising:

• a plurality of sensors configured to at least facilitate:
• transmitting signals from a vehicle when the vehicle is parked;
• and receiving return signals at the vehicle after the transmitted signals have contacted one or more objects;
• and 4a processor coupled to the plurality of sensors and configured to at least facilitate:
• identifying one or more parameters of the return signals;
• comparing the one or more parameters with historical data stored in a memory;
• and determining an environment of the vehicle based at least in part on the comparison of the one or more parameters with the historical data, the environment comprising whether a wall or another vehicle is disposed on one or more sides of the vehicle as the vehicle is parked;
• and locating a transceiver of a user of the vehicle based on the environment, including based on whether the vehicle has the wall or another vehicle disposed on one or more side of the vehicle as the vehicle is parked.

A vehicle comprising:

• a body;
• a plurality of sensors disposed onboard the vehicle and configured to at least facilitate:
• transmitting signals from a vehicle when the vehicle is parked;
• and 6receiving return signals at the vehicle after the transmitted signals have contacted one or more objects;
• and a processor disposed onboard the vehicle and coupled to the plurality of sensors, the processor configured to at least facilitate:
• identifying one or more parameters of the return signals;
• comparing the one or more parameters with historical data stored in a memory;
• and determining an environment of the vehicle based at least in part on the comparison of the one or more parameters with the historical data, the environment comprising whether a wall or another vehicle is disposed on one or more sides of the vehicle as the vehicle is parked;
• and locating a transceiver of a user of the vehicle based on the environment, including based on whether the vehicle has the wall or another vehicle disposed on one or more side of the vehicle as the vehicle is parked.
