Abstract
Provided herein are prodrugs of opioid receptor antagonists such as nalmefene and naltrexone, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds, and methods for using said compounds for the treatment of behavioral disorders.

A compound, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound is (4aS,7aS,12bS)-3-(cyclopropylmethyl)-4a-hydroxy-7-methylene-2,3,4,4a,5,6,7,7a-octahydro-1H-4,12-methanobenzofuro[3,2-e]isoquinolin-9-yl dodecyl carbonate.
