Abstract
The present invention provides a microneedle device comprising: a substrate; a microneedle disposed on the substrate; and a coating layer formed on the microneedle; wherein the coating layer comprises a physiologically active substance, arginine, and glycerin.
Claims2
A microneedle device, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a microneedle disposed on the substrate;
- and
- a coating layer formed on the microneedle;
- wherein the coating layer consists essentially of a physiologically active substance, arginine, and glycerin, a mass of the arginine being 0.06 to 0.85-fold of a mass of the physiologically active substance of the coating layer and a mass of the glycerin is 40% or less relative to a mass of the whole coating layer.
