Abstract
To provide a novel method for suppressing rejection after corneal transplantation. The method for suppressing rejection after corneal transplantation includes administering an effective amount of a Rho kinase inhibitor to a patient who needs it.

A method for suppressing rejection after transplantation of a cornea, the method comprising:
- administering an effective amount of a Rho kinase inhibitor to a patient in need thereof,
- wherein the Rho kinase inhibitor is ripasudil, a salt thereof or a solvate thereof.
