A clip comprising:
- a primary sleeve with jaws having atraumatic grooved surfaces,
- an inner sleeve, and
- an outer sleeve for holding the gripping action of the clip,
- wherein the primary sleeve and inner sleeve include a cut out portion opposite to the jaws having atraumatic grooved surfaces for insertion of a grasper to open and close the jaws, such that when the jaws are in an open position, the clip is structured to receive the grasper and become an extension of the grasper, and when the jaws are in a closed position, the elastic properties of the clip anchors the clip in place and allows for the grasper to be removed.

A clip comprising:
- a primary sleeve with jaws having atraumatic grooved surfaces,
- an inner sleeve with holes or grooves for ratcheting;
- and
- an outer sleeve with protruding pins for holding and releasing gripping action of the clip

- two flat plates,
- a hinge at one end of the two flat plates,
- pins for holding the gripping action of the clip;
- and
- jaws having atraumatic grooved surfaces at the other end of the plates on the opposite side of the hinge for insertion of a grasper to open and close the jaws, such that when the jaws are in an open position, the clip is structured to receive the grasper and become an extension of the grasper, and when the jaws are in a closed position, the elastic properties of the clip anchors the clip in place and allows for the grasper to be removed.
