Abstract
Provided is a display apparatus, including: a rectangular display panel including a screen in front; a rectangular sheet located behind the display panel, the sheet having a plurality of holes in a peripheral portion thereof; a light source illuminating the display panel with light from behind the display panel; and a housing accommodating the light source, the housing that has a generally box-like shape having a rectangular opening toward the display panel, and has a plurality of engageable portions arranged along a longitudinal direction in a peripheral portion of the rectangular opening, the plurality of engageable portions capable of engaging respectively with edges of the plurality of holes; wherein the plurality of engageable portions are adjustable in position or orientation so as to contact the edges of the plurality of holes.
Claims8
A display apparatus, comprising:
- a rectangular display panel including a screen in front;
- a rectangular sheet located behind the display panel, the sheet having a plurality of holes in a peripheral portion thereof;
- a light source illuminating the display panel with light from behind the display panel;
- and
- a housing accommodating the light source, the housing that has a generally box-like shape having a rectangular opening toward the display panel, and has a plurality of engageable portions arranged along a longitudinal direction in a peripheral portion of the rectangular opening, the plurality of engageable portions capable of engaging respectively with edges of the plurality of holes;
- wherein the plurality of engageable portions are adjustable in position or orientation so as to contact the edges of the plurality of holes.
