Abstract
A fiber optic connector having a push/pull tab wherein the push/pull tab travel is removed from connector housing using a tool.
Claims2
A fiber optic connector comprising:
- a housing having a proximal end and a distal end, a top of the housing further comprises an opening;
- a push/pull tab secured to the housing with an opening in-line with the housing opening;
- the housing further comprises a deformable tab that secures the push/pull tab to the housing;
- and
- wherein the push/pull tab is releasably secured to the connector.
