Abstract
In certain aspects, provided herein are RNA complexes (e.g., asymmetric RNA complexes, such as asiRNAs or cell penetrating asiRNAs) that inhibit ANGPT2 and/or PDGFB expression and are therefore useful for treating angiogenesis-associated diseases, such as cancer, AMD, and DME.
Claims12
An asymmetric small interfering RNA complex formed with an antisense strand of 19 nt to 21 nt of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 418 that is complementary to a PDGFB mRNA sequence, and a sense strand of 16 nt in length and having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 417 that is complementary to the antisense strand, wherein the antisense strand and the sense strand form a complex in which the 5′ end of the antisense strand and the 3′ end of the sense strand form a blunt end.
