A pharmaceutical composition comprising a nanoparticle and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein the nanoparticle comprises a tumor targeting moiety on an outer surface thereof and a TWIST signaling inhibitor, wherein the tumor targeting moiety is hyaluronic acid (HA).
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a chemotherapeutic agent, a nanoparticle, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein the nanoparticle comprises a TWIST signaling inhibitor, and wherein the chemotherapeutic agent is an antibiotic, an alkylating agent, or a microtubule targeting drug.
