A solid dosage form comprising a compound of the formula
- that provides a steady-state trough plasma level (C24,ss) of metabolite
- between approximately 20-60 ng/mL.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-HCV effective amount of a compound of the formula
- in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A method to treat a hepatitis C infection, in a human in need thereof, comprising administering an effective amount of a compound of the formula
- optionally in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier to the human in need thereof.
A solid dosage form comprising a compound of the formula
