Abstract
The present invention relates to crystal modifications of N-{(2R)-2-[({[3,3-dibutyl-7-(methylthio)-1,1-dioxido-5-phenyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,5-benzothiazepin-8-yl]oxy}acetyl)amino]-2-phenylethanolyl}glycine (elobixibat).
Claims37
A crystalline form of elobixibat, which is crystalline modification F, wherein the crystalline form has an XRPD pattern, obtained with CuKα1-radiation, with peaks at °2θ positions 6.1±0.2 and 5.9±0.2, and with peaks at one or more °2θ positions of:
- 6.6±0.2, 8.3±0.2, and 11.9±0.2.
A crystalline form of elobixibat, which is crystalline modification C, wherein the crystalline form has an XRPD pattern, obtained with CuKα1-radiation, with peaks at °2θ positions 12.4±0.2 and 5.8±0.2, and with peaks at one or more °2θ positions of:
- 4.8±0.2, 8.2±0.2, 9.9±0.2, 10.9±0.2, 16.6±0.2, 19.8±0.2, and 20.6±0.2.
A crystalline form of elobixibat, which is crystalline modification L, wherein the crystalline form has an XRPD pattern, obtained with CuKα1-radiation, with peaks at °2θ positions 6.4±0.2 and 12.7±0.2, and with peaks at one or more °2θ positions of:
- 4.2±0.2, 8.5±0.2, 10.5±0.2, 19.3±0.2, and 19.5±0.2.
A crystalline form of elobixibat, which is crystalline modification N, wherein the crystalline form has an XRPD pattern, obtained with CuKα1-radiation, with peaks at °2θ positions 6.1±0.2, 8.0±0.2, and 12.0±0.2.
A crystalline form of elobixibat, which is crystalline modification E, wherein the crystalline form has an XRPD pattern, obtained with CuKα1-radiation, with peaks at °2θ positions 6.1±0.2, 12.1±0.2, and 20.9±0.2.
