Abstract
Disclosed are tissue graft compositions made of materials having different densities, methods of making, and methods of treatment for restoring tissues in a patient.
Claims19
A method for manufacturing a tissue graft composition, comprising:
- providing a first layer of planar biological material comprising an ECM from the urinary bladder, said ECM comprising an epithelial basement membrane;
- providing a second layer of planar biological material different from the first layer;
- and,
- joining said first layer and said second layer together, wherein the epithelial basement membrane of the first layer comprises a sheet form positioned on an exterior planar surface of the tissue graft composition.
