Abstract
Provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising tumoricidal and/or antimicrobial components isolated from the supernatant of NK-92 cell medium and methods of using the compositions for killing cancer cells.

A pharmaceutical composition formulated for topical use comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and one or more isolated components from NK-92 cells, wherein the one or more components comprise exosomes and microvesicles, wherein the exosomes and microvesicles are tumoricidal and/or anti-microbial.
