Abstract
The present disclosure describes thiazole and pyridine carboxamide derivatives, their compositions and methods of use. The compounds inhibit the activity of the Pim kinases and are useful in the treatment of diseases related to the activity of Pim kinases including, e.g., cancer and other diseases.
Claims19
A method of inhibiting or ameliorating an immune disorder selected from multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, allergy, food allergy, asthma, lupus, inflammatory bowel disease, and ulcerative colitis comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of a compound wherein the compound is selected from:
- N-{4-[3-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-1-yl]-7-hydroxy-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-3-yl}-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-fluoropyridine-2-carboxamide;
- N-{4-[(3R,4R,5S)-3-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-1-yl]-7-hydroxy-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-3-yl}-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-fluoropyridine-2-carboxamide;
- N-{4-[(3R,4R,5S,7R)-3-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-1-yl]-7-hydroxy-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-3-yl}-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-fluoropyridine-2-carboxamide;
- and
- N-{4-[(3R,4R,5S,7S)-3-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-1-yl]-7-hydroxy-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-3-yl}-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-fluoropyridine-2-carboxamide;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of inhibiting or ameliorating multiple sclerosis comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of N-{4-[(3R,4R,5S,7R)-3-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-1-yl]-7-hydroxy-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-3-yl}-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-fluoropyridine-2-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of inhibiting or ameliorating inflammatory bowel disease comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of N-{4-[(3R,4R,5S,7R)-3-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-1-yl]-7-hydroxy-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-3-yl}-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-fluoropyridine-2-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of inhibiting or ameliorating rheumatoid arthritis comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of N-{4-[(3R,4R,5S,7R)-3-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-1-yl]-7-hydroxy-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-3-yl}-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-fluoropyridine-2-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of inhibiting or ameliorating asthma comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of N-{4-[(3R,4R,5S,7R)-3-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-1-yl]-7-hydroxy-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-3-yl}-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-fluoropyridine-2-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of inhibiting or ameliorating lupus comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of N-{4-[(3R,4R,5S,7R)-3-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-1-yl]-7-hydroxy-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-3-yl}-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-fluoropyridine-2-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of inhibiting or ameliorating ulcerative colitis comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of N-{4-[(3R,4R,5S,7R)-3-amino-4-hydroxy-5-methylpiperidin-1-yl]-7-hydroxy-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[b]pyridin-3-yl}-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-fluoropyridine-2-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
