LSD1 inhibitors and medical uses thereof

A compound of the Formula:

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein
• n is 1 or 2;
• m is 1 or 2;
• o is 0 or 1;
• q is 0, 1, 2, or 3;
• R1 is hydrogen or (C1-C6)alkyl;
• R2 is hydrogen or (C1-C6)alkyl optionally substituted with OH or (C1-C6)alkoxy;
• R3 and R4, if present are each independently selected from hydrogen, halo, OH, and (C1-C6)alkyl;
• R5 is selected from NH2, —NH(SO2)(C1-C6)alkyl, —NH(SO2)(C1-C6)alkylO(C1-C6)alkyl, —NHC(O)(C1-C6)alkyl, —NH(SO2)(C3-C6)cycloalkyl, OH, —O(C1-C6)alkyl, —SO2NH2, —C(O)NH2, —C(O)NH(C1-C6)alkyl, —C(O)N[(C1-C6)alkyl]2, —C(O)NH(SO2)(C1-C6)alkyl, —C(O)NH(C1-C6)alkyl(SO2)(C1-C6)alkyl, —C(O)NH(SO2)(C3-C6)cycloalkyl, —C(O)NH(C1-C6)alkylOH, —C(O)NH(C1-C6)alkylO(C1-C6)alkyl, and (C1-C4)alkyl substituted with OH;
• and
• R6, if present, is selected from (C1-C6)alkyl, halo(C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)alkoxy, halo(C1-C6)alkoxy, halo, and cyano;
• provided the compound is not of the Formula:
