Abstract
A novel maize variety designated PH410C and seed, plants and plant parts thereof are provided. Methods for producing a maize plant comprise crossing maize variety PH410C with another maize plant are provided. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into PH410C through backcross conversion and/or transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby are provided. Hybrid maize seed, plants or plant parts are produced by crossing the variety PH410C or a locus conversion of PH410C with another maize variety.
Claims20
A seed, plant, plant part, or plant cell of inbred maize variety PH410C, representative seed of the variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-126080.
An F1 hybrid seed produced by crossing a plant or plant part of inbred maize variety PH410C, representative seed of the variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-126080 with a different maize plant, wherein inbred the plant of maize variety PH410C further comprises a transgene that is inherited by the seed, wherein the transgene was introduced into inbred maize variety PH410C by backcrossing or genetic transformation.
A converted seed, plant, plant part or plant cell of inbred maize variety PH410C, representative seed of the maize variety PH410C having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-126080, wherein the converted seed, plant, plant part or plant cell further comprises a locus conversion, and wherein the plant or a plant grown from the converted seed, plant part or plant cell comprises the locus conversion and otherwise comprises all of the morphological and physiological characteristics of maize variety PH410C listed in Table 1 when grown under the same environmental conditions.
