Abstract
Disclosed herein are nitrogen-containing bicyclic compounds, together with pharmaceutical compositions and methods of ameliorating and/or treating a cancer described herein with one or more of the compounds described herein.
Claims24
A compound of Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein Formula (I) has the structure:
- R1 is selected from hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, cyano, an optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, an optionally substituted C1-4 haloalkyl, an optionally substituted C1-4 alkoxy and an optionally substituted C1-4 haloalkoxy;
- R2 is a substituted 6-15 membered heteroaryl or a substituted 6-15 membered heterocyclyl, wherein the heteroaryl and the heterocyclyl independently contains 1-4 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S, and the heteroaryl and the heterocyclyl is substituted with an optionally substituted bicyclo[1.1.1]pentyl;
- R3 is selected from hydrogen, an optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, an optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, an optionally substituted aryl, an optionally substituted heteroaryl and an optionally substituted heterocyclyl, wherein when substituted, R3 is substituted by one or more substituents selected from halogen, cyano, an unsubstituted C1-4 alkyl, an optionally substituted aryl, —C(O)R5A, —SO2R5B, —NHC(O)R5C and —(CR6AR6B)nNR7AR7B;
- X1 is O, S or NR4;
- R4 is selected from hydrogen, an optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, an optionally substituted C1-4 haloalkyl and an optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl;
- R5A, R5B and R5C are independently selected from hydrogen, an optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, an optionally substituted C1-4 haloalkyl, an optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, an optionally substituted aryl, an optionally substituted heteroaryl and an optionally substituted heterocyclyl;
- R6A and R6B are independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, an optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, an optionally substituted C1-4 haloalkyl and an optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl;
- R7A and R7B are independently selected from hydrogen, an optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, an optionally substituted C1-4 haloalkyl and an optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl;
- A1 is CR8;
- R8 is selected from hydrogen, halogen, cyano, an optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, an optionally substituted C1-4 haloalkyl and an optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl;
- m is 0 or 1;
- and
- n is 0, 1, 2 or 3.
