Abstract
The invention relates to a multilayer body with a volume hologram layer and a partial opaque layer, arranged on a surface of the volume hologram layer, which is present in a first area and is not present in a second area. The invention furthermore relates to a method for the production of such a multilayer body, as well as a security element and security document with such a multilayer body.

A multilayer body with a volume hologram layer and a partial opaque layer, arranged on a surface of the volume hologram layer, wherein the partial opaque layer comprises an opaque varnish with transparent openings, the opaque varnish being present in a first area and is not present in a second area, and the transparent openings being present in the second area and not being present in the first area, and
- wherein the multilayer body further comprises a decorative ply, wherein the partial opaque layer is arranged between the volume hologram layer and the decorative ply, and
- wherein the opaque varnish has a luminance L* in the CIELAB color space of from 0 to 50.
