## Abstract

A brain dysfunction assessment device (100) comprises: a body movement indicator (10) which presents a body movement to be performed to a subject with a body movement presentation device (2); a body movement data acquisition unit (20) which acquires the subject's body movement data with a body movement detection sensor (3); a body movement accuracy calculation unit (30) which calculates a positional accuracy and a time sequence accuracy of the subject's body movement from the acquired body movement data; and a cognitive dysfunction assessment unit (40) which assesses the level of cognitive dysfunction of the subject by comparing a value which indicates the accuracy of the subject's body movement that is obtained from the calculated positional accuracy and time sequence accuracy with statistical data which indicates the accuracy of body movement of healthy individuals.

displaying, using the display, a target with a known position on the display,
detecting, using the one or more sensors, a touch gesture performed in response to the displaying,
determining, by a processor of the touch enabled computer, the position of the touch gesture detected,
calculating, by the processor, an elapsed time from the displaying to the detecting as the response time, and
calculating, by the processor, a difference between the known position and the position of the touch gesture performed in response to the displaying as the position accuracy; and
generating evaluation data for cerebral dysfunction evaluation based on a correlation between the response time and the position accuracy for the plurality of prescribed touch gestures performed by the subject.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein a calibration process is performed to account for at least one capability of a visual capability, an auditory capability, and a physical capability that the subject individually has.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, further comprising:
calculating, by the processor, a cognitive impairment degree of the subject based on the evaluation data.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein in the touch gesture performed in response to the displaying is an opening and closing of two fingers of the subject while with the two fingers are kept in touch with the touch enabled computer.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein in the response time and the position accuracy for each of the plurality of prescribed touch gestures are further acquired by:
playing, by the touch enabled computer, a sound;
wherein the response time is calculated based on a time from the playing to the detecting.

### Claim 6

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium that stores instructions that when executed by a processor of a touch enabled computer, cause the processor to:
acquire, using one or more sensors of the touch enabled computer, a response time and position accuracy for a plurality of prescribed touch gestures performed by a subject, where the response time and the position accuracy for each of the plurality of prescribed touch gestures are acquired by:
displaying, using the display, a target with a known position on the display,
detecting, using the one or more sensors, a touch gesture performed in response to the displaying,
determining the position of the touch gesture detected,
calculating an elapsed time from the displaying to the detecting as the response time, and
calculating a difference between the known position and the position of the touch gesture detected as the position accuracy; and
generate evaluation data for cerebral dysfunction evaluation based on a correlation between the response time and the position accuracy for the plurality of prescribed touch gestures performed by the subject.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The non-transitory computer readable storage medium according to claim 6, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to: the
perform a calibration process that accounts for at least one capability of a visual capability, an auditory capability, and a physical capability that the subject individually has.

### Claim 8 (depends on 6)

The non-transitory computer readable storage medium according to claim 6, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to:
calculate a cognitive impairment degree of the subject based on the evaluation data.

### Claim 9 (depends on 6)

The non-transitory computer readable storage medium according to claim 6, wherein the touch gesture performed in response to the displaying is an opening and closing of two fingers of the subject while with the two fingers are kept in touch with the touch enabled computer.

### Claim 10 (depends on 6)
