## Abstract

The present invention relates to a new and distinctive canola, designated CL6665383H. Also included are seeds of canola CL6665383H, to the plants, or plant parts, of canola CL6665383H and to methods for producing a canola plant produced by crossing the canola CL6665383H with itself or another canola genotype, and the creation of variants by mutagenesis or transformation of canola CL6665383H.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A seed of canola cultivar designated CL6665383H, wherein a representative sample of seed of each inbred parent of said cultivar was deposited under ATCC Accession Nos. PTA-124519 and PTA-124518, respectively.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

A canola plant, or a part thereof, produced by growing the seed of claim 1.

### Claim 3

A seed of canola cultivar CL6665383H, further comprising a transgene, wherein said transgene is introduced by backcrossing or genetic transformation into at least one inbred parent of said cultivar, wherein a representative sample of seed of each inbred parent of said cultivar was deposited under ATCC Accession Nos. PTA-124519 and PTA-124518.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The seed of claim 3, wherein the transgene confers resistance to a herbicide, an insect, bacterial disease, fungal disease or viral disease.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The seed of claim 4, wherein the transgene confers resistance to bacterial disease, fungal disease or viral disease selected from the group consisting of Blackleg (Leptosphaeria maculans), Fusarium wilt, and White Rust.

### Claim 6 (depends on 4)

The seed of claim 4, wherein the transgene confers resistance to an herbicide is-selected from the group consisting of imidazolinone, sulfonylurea, glyphosate, glufosinate, L-phosphinothricin, triazine, Clearfield, Dicamaba, 2,4-D, and benzonitrile.

### Claim 7 (depends on 4)

The Selected fourth or higher backcross progeny canola plant seed of claim 4, wherein the transgene encodes a Bacillus thuringiensis endotoxin.

### Claim 8 (depends on 2)

A method of producing an F1 progeny seed from canola CL6665383H wherein the method comprises crossing the plant of claim 2 with a plant of another canola cultivar to produce F1 progeny seed.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The method of claim 8, further comprising selecting an F1 progeny seed having an oleic acid value of about 70% and an α-linolenic acid value of less than about 3% as a percentage of total fatty acids and crossing a plant grown from the selected F1 progeny seed with a second plant.

### Claim 10 (depends on 3)

A plant grown from the seed of claim 3.

### Claim 11 (depends on 4)

A plant grown from the seed of claim 4.

### Claim 12 (depends on 5)

A plant grown from the seed of claim 5.

### Claim 13 (depends on 6)

A plant grown from the seed of claim 6.

### Claim 14 (depends on 7)

A plant grown from the seed of claim 7.

### Claim 15

A plant, plant part, plant cell or seed of canola cultivar designated CL6665383H, wherein a representative sample of seed of said cultivar was deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-124276.

### Claim 16 (depends on 15)

An in vitro cell culture comprising the plant cell of claim 15.

### Claim 17 (depends on 15)

The plant part of claim 15, wherein the plant part is grain produced by the cultivar.

### Claim 18 (depends on 15)

A method for plant transformation, the method comprising introducing a transgene into the plant, plant part, plant cell or seed of claim 15.

### Claim 19 (depends on 15)

Pollen produced by the plant of claim 15.
