Abstract
A fine interval coating member for a LED display and a coating method using the same are provided. The coating member includes column portions and row portions crossing the column portions, and holes between the column portions and the row portions. The body portion includes a material that is melted at a temperature higher than room temperature and that is cured at the room temperature.
Claims6
A display comprising:
- a printed circuit board (PCB);
- light emitting diode (LED) elements disposed on the PCB;
- and
- a coating member comprising:
- a body portion comprising column portions and row portions crossing the column portions, the body portion being disposed between the LED elements and disposed on the PCB;
- and
- holes between the column portions and the row portions and into which the LED elements are inserted,
- wherein the body portion comprises a material that is melted at a temperature higher than room temperature and that is cured at the room temperature, and
- wherein a height of a top surface of the body portion is less than a height of a top surface of the LED elements.
