Method for transmitting wireless signal and device therefor

A user equipment (UE) configured to receive a control information in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:

• a radio frequency (RF) unit;
• and
• a processor,
• wherein the processor is configured to receive a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) signal including an uplink scheduling information, transmit a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) signal based on the uplink scheduling information, through a resource block (RB) set of consecutive RB pairs in a first slot and a second slot, and receive a physical hybrid ARQ indicator channel (PHICH) signal including an ACK/NACK (acknowledgement/negative-acknowledgement) for the PUSCH signal,
• wherein a reference signal (RS) for the PUSCH signal exists in the first slot of an odd-numbered RB pair and exists in the second slot of an even-numbered RB pair of the RB set, and
• wherein a resource index for the PHICH signal is obtained:
• based on a lowest index within the RB set, when the RS for the PUSCH signal exists in the first slot of an RB pair of the lowest index within the RB set, and
• based on the lowest index within the RB set and an offset, when the RS for the PUSCH signal exists in the second slot of the RB pair of the lowest index within the RB set.
