Abstract
A communication apparatus includes: a transmitting unit that is capable of transmitting data to a designated destination through any of plural communication interfaces; a storage unit in which plural pieces of destination information are stored; and a registration unit that registers a communication interface used for data transmission in advance for each of the plural pieces of destination information stored in the storage unit.

A communication apparatus configured with a memory and processor, the processor programmed to perform the following:
- transmit data to a designated destination through any of a plurality of communication interfaces;
- store a plurality of pieces of destination information in the memory;
- register a communication interface used for data transmission in advance for each of the plurality of pieces of destination information stored in the memory, and
- offer a function to a user,
- wherein in a case where the function is not offered to the user, the processor registers a communication interface used for data transmission for destination information for which a communication interface to be used has not been registered.
