Abstract
A display device includes a display panel mounted on a curved surface, and driver circuits including circuit elements which are mounted on a plurality of plane surfaces provided on the back of the curved surface in a stepwise shape along the curved surface.
Claims10
An electronic device comprising:
- an active matrix display device;
- a housing;
- a curved display panel;
- a base between the housing and the curved display panel;
- an electronic circuit board;
- and
- a secondary battery,
- wherein the curved display panel is mounted on the base by an adhesive,
- wherein each of the electronic circuit board and the secondary battery is located between the base and the housing,
- wherein, in a cross-sectional view, the base comprises, on a side of the curved display panel, a region curved in a direction same as the curved display panel,
- wherein, in the cross-sectional view, the base comprises, on a side of the housing, a plurality of regions having different depths from each other, and
- wherein, in a plan view, the secondary battery comprises a region overlapping with a deepest region of the plurality of regions.
