Resin composition for a polarizer protective film, a polarizer protective film, a polarizing plate including the same, and a preparation method of a polarizing plate

A preparation method of a polarizing plate, including the steps of:

• coating a resin composition including a binder including a multifunctional acrylate monomer and an acrylate oligomer having the elongation of 10 to 50%, and a photoinitiator on a release film;
• wherein the acrylate oligomer has 3 to 6 functional groups and is modified with one or more selected from the group consisting of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, and caprolactone, wherein the weight ratio of the multifunctional acrylate monomer to the acrylate oligomer having elongation of 10 to 50% is about 2:8 to about 8:2
• forming a protective film by photocuring the coated resin composition, wherein the protective film has a retardation value of 0 to 1 nm, wherein the protective film has a thickness of 10 to 100 μm;
• and
• laminating the protective film on one face of a polarizer to attach the same, wherein the polarizing plate has a pencil hardness of 3H or more under a load of 500 g.
