Layered product and method for manufacturing the same

A layered product comprising at least two layers, a first layer and a second layer, wherein

• in a L*a*b* color system defined by JIS Z8729,
• a value of L* is 2.5 or less,
• a value of a* is −2.0 or greater and 2.0 or less, and
• a value of b* is −2.0 or greater and 0.5 or less, when the values are measured from a side of a plane of the second layer,
• the first layer contains a resin and a black pigment, and a value of L* in a L*a*b* color system defined by JIS Z8729 of the first layer is ten or less, and
• the second layer is formed on the first layer and contains a resin and carbon nanotubes;
• an average transmittance of the second layer at a wavelength within a range of 380 to 780 nm is 5% or greater and 80% or less;
• and 0.1 to 1 mass % of the carbon nanotubes are contained in a material constituting the second layer.
