Claims6
A pharmaceutical formulation comprising an anti-IL-17 antibody at a concentration in the range of about 80 mg/ml to about 150 mg/ml, citrate buffer at a concentration of about 20 mM, sodium chloride at a concentration of about 200 mM, polysorbate-80 at a concentration in the range of about 0.02% (w/v) to about 0.03% (w/v), and pH at about 5.7, wherein the anti-IL-17 antibody comprises a light chain variable region (LCVR) and a heavy chain variable region (HCVR), wherein LCVR comprises LCDR1, LCDR2, LCDR3, and HCVR comprises HCDR1, HCDR2, HCDR3, and wherein:
- (i) LCDR1 is amino acid residues 24-39 of SEQ ID NO:
- 2;
- (ii) LCDR2 is amino acid residues 55-61 of SEQ ID NO:
- 2;
- (iii) LCDR3 is amino acid residues 94-102 of SEQ ID NO:
- 2;
- (iv) HCDR1 is amino acid residues 26-35 of SEQ ID NO:
- 3;
- (v) HCDR2 is amino acid residues 50-66 of SEQ ID NO:
- 3;
- and
- (vi) HCDR3 is amino acid residues 99-108 of SEQ ID NO:
- 3.
