A compound having the structure of Formula I:

- W is CR4;
- Y is CR5;
- V is CR6;
- R1 is selected from the group consisting of —CO2H, tetrazol-5-yl, —NHSO2R13, and —CONHSO2R14;
- R2 is selected from the group consisting of —H, —OH, —Cl, —F, and —OCH3;
- R3 is —H;
- R4 is selected from the group consisting of —H and —F;
- R5 is selected from the group consisting of —H and —F;
- R6 is selected from the group consisting of —H, —F, and —Cl;
- R7 and P8 are independently selected from the group consisting of the following structures
