The present disclosure discloses prodrugs of gamma-hydroxybutyric acid as well as compositions and uses thereof.
Claims32
A compound having the chemical structure shown in Formula (IA):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein,
- Rg is hydrogen or C1 alkyl;
- and
- Rh and Rf are independently hydrogen, unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxylcarbonyl, or C3-6 cycloalkoxylcarbonyl.
