## Abstract

Described herein are pharmaceutical compositions including a proton pump inhibitor and an antiparasitic drug. In some embodiments, the compositions can be formulated as a non-solid for oral administration. The compositions can be used to treat gastrointestinal conditions. Methods of treatment using the compositions are also described.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of treating a gastrointestinal ulcer, the method comprising:
administering an oral paste including about 22% w/v omeprazole, about 30% w/v fenbendazole, and a wetting agent formulated in a melted polyethylene glycol base agent to a mammal having the gastrointestinal ulcer, and
treating the gastrointestinal ulcer.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the administration is performed using an oral syringe.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the mammal is a human, a horse, or a camel.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the gastrointestinal ulcer is greater than Grade 1.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the treating is clinical healing resulting in an ulcer score less than 1.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the treating is clinical healing resulting in an ulcer score of 0.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the treating is in less than about 30 days.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the treating is in less than about 14 days.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the administering is once daily.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the administering is twice daily.

### Claim 11 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the wetting agent is a polyethylene glycol.

### Claim 12 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the oral paste further includes sodium sulfite.

### Claim 13 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the oral paste further includes carboxymethyl cellulose.

### Claim 14 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the oral paste further includes sodium bicarbonate.

### Claim 15 (depends on 1)
