## Abstract

The invention relates to the soybean variety designated 01064245. Provided by the invention are the seeds, plants and derivatives of the soybean variety 01064245. Also provided by the invention are tissue cultures of the soybean variety 01064245 and the plants regenerated therefrom. Still further provided by the invention are methods for producing soybean plants by crossing the soybean variety 01064245 with itself or another soybean variety and plants produced by such methods.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A plant of soybean variety 01064245, wherein representative seed of said soybean variety have been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-124853.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

A plant part of the plant of claim 1, wherein the plant part comprises at least one cell of said plant.

### Claim 3

A seed of soybean variety 01064245, wherein representative seed of said soybean variety have been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-124853.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

A method of producing soybean seed, the method comprising crossing the plant of claim 1 with itself or a second soybean plant to produce said soybean seed.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The method of claim 4, the method further comprising crossing the plant of soybean variety 01064245 with a second, nonisogenic soybean plant to produce said soybean seed.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

An F1 soybean seed produced by the method of claim 5.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

A soybean plant produced by growing the F1 soybean seed of claim 6.

### Claim 8 (depends on 3)

A composition comprising the seed of claim 3 comprised in plant seed growth media.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The composition of claim 8, wherein the plant seed growth media is soil or a synthetic cultivation medium.

### Claim 10

A plant of soybean variety 01064245 further comprising a single locus conversion, wherein said plant otherwise comprises all of the morphological and physiological characteristics of said soybean variety when grown under the same environmental conditions, and wherein representative seed of said soybean variety have been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-124853.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The plant of claim 10, wherein the single locus conversion comprises a transgene.

### Claim 12 (depends on 10)

A seed that produces the plant of claim 10.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

The seed of claim 12, wherein the single locus confers a trait selected from the group consisting of male sterility, herbicide tolerance, insect resistance, pest resistance, disease resistance, modified fatty acid metabolism, abiotic stress resistance, altered seed amino acid composition, site-specific genetic recombination, and modified carbohydrate metabolism.

### Claim 14 (depends on 13)

The seed of claim 13, wherein the single locus that confers herbicide tolerance confers tolerance to benzonitrile herbicides, cyclohexanedione herbicides, imidazolinone herbicides, phenoxy herbicides, sulfonylurea herbicides, triazine herbicides, 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid synthase-inhibiting herbicides, 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase-inhibiting herbicides, acetolactate synthase-inhibiting herbicides, protoporphyrinogen oxidase-inhibiting herbicides, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), bromoxynil, dicamba, glufosinate, glyphosate, nicosulfuron, or quizalofop-p-ethyl.

### Claim 15 (depends on 12)

The seed of claim 12, wherein the single locus conversion comprises a transgene.

### Claim 16 (depends on 5)

The method of claim 5, the method further comprising:
(a) crossing a plant grown from said soybean seed with itself or a different soybean plant to produce seed of a progeny plant of a subsequent generation;
(b) growing a progeny plant of a subsequent generation from said seed of a progeny plant of a subsequent generation and crossing the progeny plant of a subsequent generation with itself or a second plant to produce seed of a progeny plant of a further subsequent generation; and
(c) repeating step (b) with sufficient inbreeding to produce seed of an inbred soybean plant that is derived from soybean variety 01064245.

### Claim 17 (depends on 16)

The method of claim 16, the method further comprising crossing a plant grown from said seed of an inbred soybean plant that is derived from soybean variety 01064245 with a nonisogenic plant to produce seed of a hybrid soybean plant that is derived from soybean variety 01064245.

### Claim 18 (depends on 1)
