Abstract
The invention provides antibodies that bind specifically to human indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1), and methods of using the same. The antibodies are capable of binding to a sequence comprising SEQ ID NO: 1 and specifically bind to human IDO1 in formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues. The antibodies are useful in a number of different analytical techniques, including immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry (ICC).
Claims15
An isolated antibody capable of binding specifically to a region of human indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 1 in formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue, wherein the antibody comprises the following light chain (L) hypervariable regions (HVR) and heavy chain (H) hypervariable regions (HVR):
- (a) an HVR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2;
- (b) an HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 3;
- (c) an HVR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 4;
- (d) an HVR-L comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 9;
- (e) an HVR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 10;
- and
- (f) an HVR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 11.
