Flexible fitment for flexible container

A flexible container comprising:

• a first multilayer film and a second multilayer film, each multilayer film comprising a seal layer, the multilayer films arranged such that seal layers oppose each other and the second multilayer film is superimposed on the first multilayer film, the films sealed along a common peripheral edge;
• a fitment comprising a base, the base comprising an ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer consisting of an ethylene monomer and a C3-C20 α-olefin comonomer, the ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer having an elastic recovery from 50% to 90% as measured in accordance with ASTM D 1708 (300% min−1 deformation rate at 21° C.);
• and
• a fitment seal comprising the base located between the multilayer films and the base is sealed to each multilayer film at a portion of the common peripheral edge.
