Automatic bread maker and ingredient box for the same

An automatic bread maker, comprising:

• a housing;
• a baking pan disposed inside the housing to mix and heat bread ingredients and disposed with an entrance that is upwardly facing;
• and
• a hanging rack disposed inside the housing that accommodates a bread ingredient box and a stock bin disposed above the hanging rack and above the entrance of the baking pan;
• wherein the hanging rack is disposed with a sawtooth blade that faces upwardly to pierce the bread ingredient box and the stock bin is disposed with a drop opening that faces the entrance and that has a size that is smaller than that of the entrance so that, when the ingredient box is pierced, the bread ingredients of the bread ingredient box drop down into the stock bin,
• wherein the stock bin includes a tubular wall and a cover coupled to the drop opening of the stock bin at a bottom portion of the tubular wall, and
• wherein a driver is further disposed to control opening and closing of the cover of the stock bin relative to the tubular wall to discharge at least a portion of the bread ingredients contained inside the stock bin through the drop opening when the driver opens the cover or to retain the bread ingredients contained inside the stock bin when the driver closes the cover.
