A compound of formula (I)
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, tautomer(s), solvate or polymorph thereof, wherein
- R1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-4alkyl, cyclopropyl, C1-6alkoxy, halogen, hydroxyl and trifluoromethyl;
- R2 is selected from the group consisting of C1-8alkyl, (C1-4)alkoxy-(C1-4)alkyl, C3-7cycloalkyl, C4-7heterocycle, aromatic, bicyclic heterocycle, arylalkyl, heteroaryl and heteroarylalkyl;
- and
- R3 is C4-8alkyl substituted with hydroxyl.
