A novel maize variety designated X13M671 and seed, plants and plant parts thereof are produced by crossing inbred maize varieties. Methods for producing a maize plant by crossing hybrid maize variety X13M671 with another maize plant are disclosed. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into X13M671 through backcrossing or genetic transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby are described. Maize variety X13M671, the seed, the plant produced from the seed, and variants, mutants, and minor modifications of maize variety X13M671 are provided. Methods for producing maize varieties derived from maize variety X13M671 and methods of using maize variety X13M671 are disclosed.
A seed of hybrid maize variety X13M671, the seed produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH41F0 with a second plant of variety PH2DYM, wherein representative seed of the varieties PH41F0 and PH2DYM have been deposited under ATCC Accession Numbers PTA-124792 and PTA-124094, respectively.
A seed of hybrid maize variety X13M671 further comprising a transgene, the seed produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH41F0 with a second plant of variety PH2DYM, wherein representative seed of the varieties PH41F0 and PH2DYM have been deposited under ATCC Accession Numbers PTA-124792 and PTA-124094, respectively, and wherein the transgene has been introduced into at least one of variety PH41F0 and variety PH2DYM.
A seed of hybrid maize variety X13M671 further comprising a locus conversion, wherein a plant grown from the seed comprises a trait conferred by the locus conversion, and wherein the seed is produced by crossing a first plant of variety PH41F0 with a second plant of variety PH2DYM, wherein the first plant, the second plant or both further comprise the locus conversion, and wherein representative seed of the varieties PH41F0 and PH2DYM have been deposited under ATCC Accession Numbers PTA-124792 and PTA-124094, respectively and wherein the seed produces a plant having otherwise all the physiological and morphological characteristics as maize variety X13M671 when grown under the same environmental conditions.
