Systems and methods for establishing communications between mobile device users

A server device configured to establish a communication between mobile devices, comprising:

• a processor that receives registration data from a plurality of mobile devices, each device including profile data;
• a processor that receives search criteria established for a user of each of a first mobile device or a second mobile device of the plurality of mobile devices;
• a processor that receives location information of the first and second mobile devices, the location information including historical or current location information;
• a processor that identifies a match between the first and second mobile devices based on the profile data and the search criteria and location information of the first and second mobile devices;
• a processor that stores the location information at a storage device;
• a processor that stores match data based on the location information or time-based events of at least one of the users of the first and second mobile devices;
• and
• a processor that provides summary information relating to the match data to the first or second mobile devices;
• wherein the summary information relating to the match data includes at least one element of profile data and relative distance or historical or current location information of the first or second mobile devices, the summary information further including:
• information relating to the user of the each of the first and second mobile devices being located within a predetermined distance;
• and
• wherein the information relating to the users of the each of the first and second mobile devices being located within a predetermined distance includes information relating to a frequency that the first and second users have been located within the predetermined distance.
